Returns

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from purchase date.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Only regular priced items are eligible for returns. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please email us before sending your order back.

Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive your return, we will email you to notify you that it has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

Exchanges

We will replace items that are defective or damaged when you receive them, at no expense to you.

If the item is the wrong size/colour or you had a change of mind, we will gladly exchange it for the same item provided there is one available, if not then we will allow you to choose something else of the same value or you can take a store credit to use at a later date. Exchanges may incur postage charges.
